John 10:27-30
27My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me; 28and I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish, and no one shall snatch them out of my hand. 29My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all, and no one is able to snatch them out of the Father's hand. 30I and the Father are one."
What touched my Soul
”My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me.”
To me, the good shepherd reading was always a marvellous teaching from the gospels.
This reading always led me to think that as good sheep we must trust our shepherd Jesus. Trust He will provide us all we need to live. Food, water and green pastures.
Trust our shepherd. Believe in Him. He will provide all we need.
So..? Why we worry about things? Why we struggle and fight for earthly matters? We should focus our main attention to do His will, what He ask us to do, making Him happy. He is our Lord and shepherd and will take care of us. Like good sheep we must follow Him.
Dont you worry about a thing, He will provide for us.
Trust in Jesus, trust in our shepherd!
