Daily Word - May, 4th 2019

John 6:16-21

16When evening came, his disciples went down to the sea, 17got into a boat, and started across the sea to Caper'na-um. It was now dark, and Jesus had not yet come to them. 18The sea rose because a strong wind was blowing. 19When they had rowed about three or four miles, they saw Jesus walking on the sea and drawing near to the boat. They were frightened, 20but he said to them, "It is I; do not be afraid." 21Then they were glad to take him into the boat, and immediately the boat was at the land to which they were going

What touched my Soul

Jesus do daily miracles in our lifes. Like in Capernaum Jesus come meet us and let us know he is with us, we are not alone.

In our daily challenges, in our happy moments, in our sad and tough days. He is always here with us telling us “it is I, do not be afraid."

We just need to recognise him and like the disciples be happy to have Him with us, thank for His presence and have confidence that with Him on our side there is nothing to fear.
