Daily Word - May, 17th 2019

John 14:1-6

1"Let not your hearts be troubled; believe in God, believe also in me. 2In my Father's house are many rooms; if it were not so, would I have told you that I go to prepare a place for you? 3And when I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and will take you to myself, that where I am you may be also. 4And you know the way where I am going." 5Thomas said to him, "Lord, we do not know where you are going; how can we know the way?" 6Jesus said to him, "I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father, but by me.”

What touched my Soul

”Let not your hearts be troubled; believe in God, believe also in me. “

Today touched my soul the above paragraph from John’s gospel.

How many times per say we worry about things in life? How many times we dont sleep thinking about our problems, some of them seam to be impossible to solve. How many times?

Jesus tell us in John 14, 1 if we velieve in God and in Him, if we trust in God and Jesus They will guide us through lfe and present a solutio for the problems.

“If God closes a door in our life , he will always open a window” this is an old portuguese saying that puts trust in God.

As Saint John Paul II ised to say: “Dont be affraid”. Dont be affraid those who believe in Jesus and God.
